As the Growth Marketing Manager, your role centers on initiating, overseeing, and evaluating marketing initiatives to drive our company’s expansion. With a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on proficiency, you’ll spearhead deploying a holistic, multi-channel marketing strategy geared towards delivering significant value to existing and prospective clientele. You will focus on identifying and catering to our top-performing demographics while crafting a lifecycle marketing framework to involve our most dedicated patrons actively.
Your primary responsibility will involve formulating and executing an all-encompassing digital marketing blueprint to devise impactful campaigns and connect with our desired audience.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Take ownership of the acquisition and retention marketing strategy, managing a substantial budget across various channels, including SEM, Paid Social, Podcast, Direct Mail, Email, SMS, and potential future growth avenues.
Manage media budgets in alignment with profit and loss (P+L) targets, focusing on metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and returning customer rates.
Develop and execute the Lifecycle Marketing roadmap, crafting email and SMS strategies to drive onboarding, engagement, retention, and cross-promotion initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the analytics team to establish a top-tier performance marketing engine encompassing tracking, attribution, and optimization.
Lead customer communication efforts spanning email, text loyalty, and referral programs.
Assess and analyze the performance of each marketing channel, leading reporting endeavors to track results on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, ensuring optimal budget allocation.
Innovate and experiment with new channels, fostering a diversified strategy to mitigate risks and maximize revenue efficiency.
Work with other departments within the Marketing Team (Brand, PR, Ecommerce, Analytics, etc.) to drive collective success.
Partner with analytics and finance teams to accurately forecast and evaluate Marketing budgets, ensuring profitability.
Align closely with the executive team to ensure strategic cohesion.
Disseminate updates on Paid Media programs throughout the organization, tailoring information depth based on the audience to enhance understanding of paid efforts.
Spearhead Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy, personalization, and campaign optimization efforts.
Develop a tailored strategy for high-value customers, leveraging customized communication to drive engagement and revenue growth.
Utilize the Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) framework to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
Define and optimize customer lifecycle interventions/use cases, mapping out marketing scenarios accordingly.
Manage CVM sprints, campaigns, and lifecycles according to established protocols.
Collaborate with Mall marketing managers to execute 360-degree campaigns for special events and launches, leveraging all available channels effectively.
Provide oversight and governance for CVM campaigns, ensuring alignment with Shopping Mall objectives and sharing expertise within the team.
Support Mall marketing managers in driving growth toward revenue targets, offering guidance, frameworks, and operational support for CVM initiatives and campaigns.
Developing and implementing digital campaigns and activations that align with company marketing strategies and objectives.
Crafting creative briefs, defining key performance indicators, and establishing campaign objectives.
Continuous monitoring of campaigns, utilizing real-time data analysis to enhance performance.
Utilizing data analytics to track campaign performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Generating reports on key performance metrics for stakeholders.
Implementing optimization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Utilizing A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine campaign performance.
Managing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
Adjusting campaigns based on performance metrics and utilizing data analytics for optimization.
Constantly optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
Enhance website visibility and attract traffic through strategic SEO/SEM/ASO tactics while continuously refining and adjusting campaigns for optimal results. Employ programmatic advertising techniques across various platforms, leveraging data analytics to boost campaign efficacy. Assess post-campaign performance comprehensively, generating insightful reports to guide future endeavors and refine strategies accordingly.
Proficient in acquisition, performance, and CRM marketing for over 7 years, including hands-on management of SEM, paid social, display, TV, email, and funnel optimization. Led teams for 3+ years, demonstrating expertise in team building and leadership. Managed significant budgets effectively, consistently increasing marketing investments at scale. Proficient in assessing, implementing, and testing new marketing channels. Strong critical thinking abilities, adept at analyzing and synthesizing data and communicating insights across all organizational levels. Skilled in both detailed execution and strategic planning. Demonstrated success in optimizing relationships with agencies and external partners. Excellent communication skills, encompassing listening, written, and oral proficiency, alongside comprehensive people management abilities.
