Responsibilities:
Proficient in UAE fire codes, NFPA-72, and line safety regulations.
Conduct estimations for Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation (FAVE), Public Address Voice Alarm (PAVA), Central Battery Systems (CBS), and Emergency Lighting systems.
Develop designs for Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems across various projects.
Generate detailed estimates for fire alarm system installations, considering project specifications and requirements.
Analyze blueprints, drawings, and project documentation to determine necessary materials, labor, and equipment.
Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure accurate estimations and gather essential project information.
Conduct on-site assessments to assess project requirements and gather relevant data.
Source materials and equipment essential for fire alarm system installations.
Possess expertise in Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Voice Evacuation, and PAVA systems
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience estimating fire alarm systems or similar roles.
Certified in fire alarm system design and estimation.
Background in construction or electrical industry preferred.
Profound understanding of fire alarm system components, codes, and regulations.
Advanced computer skills, including expertise in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
