The role involves overseeing the sale of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for the Services business in Abu Dhabi, ensuring the achievement of quarterly and yearly targets. Responsibilities include managing AMC sales for customers ranging from small to enterprise-level, covering various systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, GRMS, BMS, AV, and IT. Additionally, managing upgrade projects for Security, ELV, and IT systems to foster business growth is essential. The position requires adept negotiation skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and partners and a proactive approach to expanding the customer base. Attending sales meetings, conducting site surveys, and providing necessary input for estimations and quotations for maintenance contracts are integral parts of the role. Flexibility to work under pressure and extended hours to meet sales targets is necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the sale of AMC for the Services business in Abu Dhabi, ensuring quarterly and yearly targets are met.
Manage AMC sales for customers across various levels, from small to enterprise.
Oversee projects related to Security, ELV, and IT systems upgrades to drive business growth.
Use strong negotiation skills to interact with clients, vendors, and partners effectively.
Identify and tap into new market segments to expand the customer base.
Participate in sales meetings and conduct site surveys to gather information for estimations.
Provide necessary input for quotations and tenders for maintenance contracts.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work extended hours to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve revenue, gross margin, and profit targets for the division that align with budgeted sales objectives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales Plan, focusing on existing and new accounts.
Drive the acquisition of new customer accounts to expand the client base.
Conducted sales meetings and site surveys, gathering essential information for accurate estimations and quotations for maintenance contracts in security, AV, BMS, IT, and other LV systems.
Provide strategic inputs for tendering and job estimation processes.
Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain a project pipeline report for effective monitoring and analysis.
Strategically plan, monitor, and coordinate the development of new sales accounts and projects to ensure continuous business growth.
Collaborate with Security Consultants and Fitout Companies to explore potential opportunities and partnerships.
Oversee invoicing and collections processes for executed projects and jobs, ensuring timely payments.
Handle sales inquiry calls directly from clients and present them with the department’s complete range of products and services.
Foster and maintain healthy customer relationships to encourage repeat orders from new and existing clients.

Minimum Education and Knowledge Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Sciences Engineering
Understanding of relevant technical concepts and principles
Minimum Experience:

Five years of experience in sales, specializing in project and service sales for Security, Audio-Visual (AV), Building Management Systems (BMS), Information Technology (IT), and other Low Voltage (LV) systems
Possession of a valid UAE driving license for mobility and client engagement
