Ability to monitor and manage the product lifecycle of the category and maintain healthy sell through rates and stock covers
Attention to detail and hand on experience with advanced excel tools and pivots is a must (macros not needed)
E-commerce experience is desirable
Experience in OTB management, Assortment Planning, Pre-season and In-season planning is a must
Should be able to devise promotion strategies for the category to boost sales and carry out requisite pricing to achieve targets, manage ageing inventory within agreed markdown budgets
SOFT SKILLS:
Ability to extract, analyze, interpret and comprehend data from various data sources
Good communication and relationship management skills with peers and counterparts is needed
Ability to work in a fast paced start up environment and be able to take decisions with limited resources is essential to succeed in this role
