Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will identify, qualify, and initiate business relationships with potential and existing fleet customers. Your goal is to present tailored fleet mobility solutions to B2B (Business to Business) and B2G (Business to Government) clients. You will promote the Al Futtaim Electric Mobility brand, striving to meet sales objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet quarterly and annual corporate sales targets set by the department lead. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to reach revenue goals.
Market Strategy Development: Proactively plan and implement new Go-To-Market strategies for different sectors and emirates.
Consultative Sales Approach: Deliver detailed pitches of the Al Futtaim Electric Mobility proposition, employing a confident and consultative sales approach with customers and prospects.
Build Key Relationships: Develop strong relationships with potential key accounts to secure annual purchase plans. Maintain and cultivate relationships with B2B accounts within the assigned territory, providing ongoing support.
Identify Business Opportunities: Establish contacts with fleet customer prospects, analyze sales options, and identify new business opportunities.
Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries and concerns related to key accounts for Al Futtaim.
Collaborate for Success: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of charging infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation and integration of partnerships.
Stay Informed: Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities to identify product and service improvements.
Maintain Business Standards: Ensure business process standards are upheld, including the accurate capture and monitoring of customer data at all points of sale.
Prepare Fleet Reports: Collect, analyze, and summarize information to prepare fleet reports.
Manage Accounts Receivable: Maintain accounts receivable within company guidelines.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to the growth and success of Al Futtaim Electric Mobility, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Required Skills for Success:
Experience: Business to Business (B2B), Business to Government (B2G), and commercial experience. Fleet account management experience.
Communication: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills with a clear ability to influence customer decisions.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
About the Team:
Reporting: This role reports to the Head of B2B.
Collaboration: The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Industry Experience: At least 2 years of automotive B2B (Fleet) experience in a commercial, business to business sales, or major account sales role dealing with government and corporate organizations across various industries within the UAE.
Network: Strong fleet customer network and established relationships across the UAE.
Technical Knowledge: Proven experience and understanding of new energy vehicles and technical understanding of charging solutions.
Sales Approach: Demonstrable experience using a consultative sales approach; experience and understanding of SaaS sales is advantageous.
Business Development: Experience in business development, particularly in entering new sectors and industries with a product or service.
Aftersales Service: Good understanding and experience with aftersales service and maintenance for B2B customers.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Licensing: Valid UAE driver’s license.
