Position Overview:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Toyota Fleet Team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will focus on cultivating and growing relationships with Fleet Accounts. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, establishing connections with corporate clients, and analyzing various sales options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong client relationships by offering support, providing information, and recommending solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential product improvements.
  • Generate reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
  • Manage accounts receivables in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the fleet and vehicle leasing sector in the UAE, and either have or quickly acquire knowledge about the Lexus product range and its benefits for corporate customers.
  • Essential Skills for Success:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, fleet management, or business development within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience within the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A valid UAE driving license is required.

    About the Team:

This position reports to the Corporate Sales Manager and involves direct interaction with the Branch Manager, Branch Sales Executives, and Branch Support Staff. Be prepared for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as meeting targets in the automotive fleet industry often requires flexibility.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • A degree or diploma is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management, B2B sales, or major account sales.
  • Solid understanding of the fleet and/or vehicle leasing industry in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with Toyota’s product range and its advantages for corporate clients.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong client empathy, effective negotiation skills, and a persuasive approach.
  • High personal integrity, honesty, and cultural awareness.
