As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of our kitchen, overseeing various tasks such as daily inspections, staff management, and ensuring kitchen objectives are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily line checks and food reviews to maintain quality standards.
Manage staffing schedules, training, and delegation of tasks to meet production targets.
Control costs for food, beverage, and labor while maximizing revenue.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Senior Manager of Operations to plan and develop menus.
Ensure adherence to established budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large kitchens.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service ethics and interpersonal skills.
