Position Summary:
As a member of the fashion marketing team, you’ll report to the Senior Marketing Manager and be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned brands in the GCC region.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies and activation plans for assigned brands across the GCC region.
Align with brand guidelines and objectives to effectively penetrate the GCC market.
Collaborate with the brand’s headquarters to develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, maintaining clear communication and alignment.
Establish campaign objectives, evaluate outcomes, and communicate insights and feedback to internal teams and brand headquarters.
Execution and Coordination:

Manage creative briefs, working closely with partner agencies and brand headquarters to develop and execute brand activations.
Coordinate in-store and mall activations with key stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of all elements.
Work with key stakeholders to coordinate promotional calendars, including Al Futtaim Blue Rewards offers.
Financial Management:

Develop and manage the budget for assigned brands, ensuring diligent monitoring of expenses and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Conduct quarterly competitive reviews, analyzing collections, pricing strategies, and marketing/digital activities.
Communication and Reporting:

Disseminate campaign details and results internally within the fashion division regularly.
Manage purchase orders for all activities and update budget trackers accordingly.

Digital Strategy:

Led the development and implementation of paid and earned digital strategies in collaboration with brand headquarters, performance marketing team, and local agencies.
Create regional digital campaigns, including content strategy, conceptualization, coordination with agencies, production, and content delivery.
Localize campaigns and communication according to brand guidelines to resonate with the GCC demographic.
Provide detailed briefs to agencies and brand headquarters for efficient workflow and communication.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance brand awareness and drive website traffic.
Manage digital budgets for each campaign and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Regularly share campaign results and digital performance internally and with brand headquarters based on predefined objectives.
PR and Events:

Support agencies with PR management, influencer campaigns, and the creation of gifting initiatives.
Facilitate loan products to journalists for media coverage, ensuring proper documentation of item details in coordination with stores.
Oversee all brand events and supporting agencies throughout the event development and execution process in a timely and organized manner.
Share event recaps internally and with brand headquarters to highlight event overviews and their digital impact.

Qualifications:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing and PR.
A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
Experience in management and personnel development.
Proficiency in data analytics and trend interpretation.
Familiarity with SAP or similar platforms.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
Strong aptitude for data analysis and trend identification.
