Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Strategist focused on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. The successful candidate will be adept at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and providing technical expertise to customers. Collaboration with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and materials, as is active participation in industry events to promote our products, is essential. The Sales Strategist will monitor sales performance, stay abreast of industry trends, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve sales targets for PPE products.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
Provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge and technical expertise, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional materials and campaigns.
Actively participate in industry events and trade shows to network and showcase our products.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Proactively address any customer issues or complaints, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions for clients on properly using and maintaining PPE products, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the PPE industry or related field.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
