The Human Capital Manager role is essential in advancing Human Capital (HC) strategies aligned with the company’s overall mission and business objectives. Serving as a strategic partner to managers and employees in Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCOE), the role emphasizes enhancing leadership, fostering workforce excellence and promoting an innovative culture for business success. Responsibilities also include overseeing HR functions, implementing policies, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment and culture.
Job Responsibility:
Drive transformative restructuring initiatives, overseeing the realignment of organizational resources to enhance efficiency and meet evolving business needs.
Manage talent acquisition strategies, overseeing seamless onboarding processes to attract, recruit, and integrate top-tier talent in alignment with organizational goals and values.
Take charge of the organizational health index action-planning by conducting workshops to address challenges, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans for the Project Management Center of Excellence.
Lead on the localization for PMCOE to meet or exceed MAFP’s overall objectives, ensuring localization targets are achieved for NAFIS.
Proactively partner with key stakeholders to deliver the people strategy that supports the delivery of the organization’s objectives.
Drive the implementation and ensure comprehensive understanding of Talent Management initiatives, including Performance Management, Succession Planning and Talent Identification, to foster a high performing and agile workforce.
Guide managers through development journeys, pinpointing skill gaps and implementing targeted learning for continuous improvement.
Drive workforce planning efforts, aligning organizational objectives with staffing needs, and adapting to changes to optimize team structures and drive long-term business success.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in preferably Retail / Real Estate in GCC.
Minimum 4 years in managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent.
8 – 10 years of experience in managing all HR disciplines in a reputable company.
