This includes brand development, marketing communications management, customer experience design, market research, data analytics, content creation, events, and digital marketing.

Job Purpose
This role focuses on translating Company’s corporate and commercial goals into measurable outcomes by working closely with the team and the appointed agency or Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Branding (CCMB). The aim is to execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand development, customer experience, digital marketing, and data analysis, ultimately driving sales and increasing brand awareness.

  • Key Result Areas
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the E-commerce manager and CCMB to devise marketing strategies that promote business growth and improve brand positioning. Collaborate on digital development projects, including website UI/UX, system upgrades, and functionality enhancements.
  • Branding Support: Aid in branding and rebranding initiatives by creating marketing materials and executing both online and offline campaigns, such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email, and influencer marketing to boost brand visibility.
  • Product Development Assistance: Support new product launches and catalogue management, manage Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and create content for marketing collateral, Public Relations (PR), and partner platforms to enhance user experience.
  • External Communications: Help develop and implement external communication strategies that increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Support the optimization of e-commerce operations by enhancing platform functionality and performance to drive online sales.
  • Sales Target Contribution: Contribute to achieving the department’s sales target of approximately AED 300 million by converting directed traffic into sales.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform product and pricing strategies, delivering data-driven insights that enhance competitive positioning and support strategic decision-making.

Job Context
The Marketing & E-commerce Officer will be a vital member of the team, assisting the E-commerce manager in coordinating with key marketing and business stakeholders at the Company and the appointed agency. This role entails supporting multiple high-impact projects and collaborating to overcome challenges related to brand differentiation and market expansion in a competitive landscape.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (required).
Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing and e-commerce role.
  • Proven experience with marketing and digital/e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Hands-on experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns.
    Skills:
  • Strong marketing, storytelling, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in planning and executing branding strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media, analytics platforms, MarTech, e-commerce, and digital systems.
  • Creative writing and content creation expertise.
