As the Marketing Communications Manager (MCM), you will drive brand development and performance for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram (New and pre-owned), and Aftersales in UAE. This pivotal role involves managing direct and indirect teams, aligning plans and budgets, and collaborating closely with OEMs, Al-Futtaim Regional companies, and Marketing COE counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with annual operational and financial targets.
- Engage stakeholders including agencies and internal divisions to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Activate PR initiatives to showcase brand narratives across digital and offline media.
- Implement a structured marketing approach for the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram product lineup.
- Utilize analytical skills to interpret digital marketing KPIs and strategize accordingly.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and budget cycles.
- Collaborate with the Brand Director, internal teams, and agencies to develop annual marketing plans.
- Ensure brand governance across physical and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain a communication scorecard, reporting results periodically with insights and recommendations.
- Manage Creative, Media, Social, Events, and Sponsorship calendars.
- Provide comprehensive updates on campaign performance through regular reporting.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget and oversee team operations.

About the Team:
- You will report directly to the Brand Director and lead a team while collaborating closely with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 7-10 years of extensive marketing experience within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC market dynamics.
- Proficiency in managing creative, media, and social platforms.
- Competence in orchestrating events and sponsorships.
- Proven ability in campaign management and budget administration.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Experience in liaising with and managing agencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
