Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project advancement, identifying and addressing potential challenges and risks through effective mitigation strategies.
Compile and deliver various project reports, including progress updates, budget analyses, and risk assessments.
Uphold adherence to project specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
Review and authorize project plans, designs, and documentation.
Offer technical support and mentorship to project team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management methodologies and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Strong results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving project objectives.
Proficiency in utilizing project management software tools.
