Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services on customer vehicles.
• Handle minor vehicle repairs while ensuring uncompromised quality.
• Complete job cards accurately and efficiently.
• Provide cost estimates for additional service requests or required jobs.
• Conduct final vehicle inspections following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Achieve targeted efficiency and productivity metrics.
• Ensure timely punch-in and punch-out for accurate tracking of work hours.
• Participate in scheduled training, assessments, and on-the-job learning provided by the Training Manager.
• Attain certifications in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare for annual skills competitions.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
• Technical expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Hands-on experience in an automotive dealership or workshop environment.
• Qualifications:
• ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Technician in an automotive dealership.
• Proficient in technical and basic computer skills.
• Strong command of English.

Team and Reporting Structure

The role reports to the Workshop Supervisor and collaborates closely with the workshop team.
