Spearhead the creation and implementation of architectural solutions tailored for modular buildings, aligning with industry standards and regulations.
Foster collaboration across diverse teams to ascertain project requisites and conceive innovative design concepts.
Craft comprehensive architectural blueprints and specifications specific to modular construction ventures.
Undertake on-site evaluations to gauge viability and anticipate hurdles in modular construction undertakings.
Execute rigorous quality assessments to ensure adherence to design and performance benchmarks for modular structures.
Offer adept technical assistance and direction to project cohorts throughout the modular building lifecycle.
Candidate Profile:
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a relevant field.
Accumulated experience of at least 5 years in architectural design, with a specialized emphasis on modular construction methodologies.
Demonstrated proficiency within the construction realm, ideally with prior involvement in modular building initiatives.
Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD and other pertinent architectural design software.
Adept at multitasking and adept in task prioritization to effectively manage concurrent projects.
