Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills.
Apply Experience Analytics and Evaluation guidelines in consistently mapping impact and measurement tools in all solutions.
Deliver training at outstations when required.
Keep up-to-date with trends in learning and instructional techniques.
Deliver operational training to ensure business units meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Deliver a learning experience which meets Emirates Group standard as outlined by Learning Experience Standards.
Manage trainee records and assessments in line with the expectations of the Regulatory Compliance and Audit unit guidelines.
Ensure that all learning solutions are up-to-date and all updates from the business are implemented.
Maintain subject matter expertise through consistent engagement with relevant business units (coordinated by the Strategic Business Partner and Experience Deployment Lead).
Maintain regulatory and compliance training records and licenses.

An expert facilitator
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
Applicants must have expertise and experience in weight and balance of wide-bodied passenger aircraft. Additional experience in freighter aircraft is preferred.
Minimum Bachelor level qualification with 5 years of experience working in a relevant operational field.
Experience in operational training facilitation
Able to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective results
Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity, a strong self-reflector who proactively and constantly seeks growth opportunities
Strong in relationship management and engagement
Strong in communication skills, excellent at collaboration and influence
Digitally literate and an advocate for the digital transformation of the employee experience
A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo and analyses data to create meaningful conclusions which will inform the department
Future-focused with a desire to seek out and recommend opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and innovation in your organizational eco-system
