The primary responsibility is to oversee daily operations during a shift across all departments, ensuring prompt delivery of airline catering services according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Performance Tracking System (PTS), and other essential performance metrics.

Functions & Responsibilities:

Adhere to all relevant standards and regulatory mandates while promptly addressing and managing incidents, escalating issues, and recommending corrective measures as necessary.

Monitor operational facets to ensure optimal service delivery, assisting management in achieving agreed-upon key performance indicators.

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders/customers to fulfill service delivery requirements, promptly notifying management of emerging issues and recommendations.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational resilience, managing disruptions and escalating to management if business continuity protocols need activation.

Supported implementing LEAN processes and overseeing shifts to ensure timely, safe, and efficient operations.

Enforce approved processes, guiding Assistant Operation Managers and teams for efficient operations while providing feedback and recommendations to management regarding risks, gaps, opportunities, and new technologies.

Manage team performance, intervening to address high-potential and low-performing individuals and resolving conflicts practically to achieve desired outcomes.

Coach and mentor direct and indirect reports in specific service delivery areas, fostering a self-learning culture alongside company-driven development initiatives.

Review and monitor manpower requirements, advising Senior Operations Managers on variances and supporting management in talent acquisition.

Lead daily operations on shifts across all functions to ensure timely delivery of airline catering services in alignment with SLAs, PTS, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience & Skills:
At least 6 years of experience supervising shifts within a large-scale operational setting, preferably in logistics, catering, or an airside environment.
Demonstrated experience in leading operational efficiency initiatives and driving service improvements.
Practical communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to cultivate productive relationships with internal and external networks.
Capability to challenge conventional thinking and approach situations with creativity.
