The primary focus of the role will be to receive, check, verify all the parts as per the goods receipt, picking list and input the same in SAP located in Dubai Trading Enterprises.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive packing lists from the Principal/vendor and physically count the packages, ensuring alignment with the provided list.
Unpack packages, inspecting for damages, and verify individual quantities against the packing list.
Validate part correctness by comparing part numbers listed with actual parts received.
Identify and report any shortages, damages, or incorrect parts to the supervisor, raising damage reports as needed.
Organize parts by size in designated areas for efficient binning.
Transfer parts to appropriate locations based on weight, ensuring heavier items are placed at lower or medium levels.
Handle goods with utmost care during transportation to prevent damage.
Place items in specified bins or locations according to binning lists or delivery orders, maintaining order and safety.
Promptly and carefully load and unload goods from containers, trailers, or pick-up trucks, prioritizing safety.
Utilize forklifts or other loading equipment to move parts to correct locations with care.
Prepare receipts for received goods and maintain stock of consumable items, issuing them to workshops as required.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in warehouse operations.
Experience with handling various parts.
Familiarity with automotive parts is preferred.
Effective communication abilities.
About the Team:
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and will work closely with the internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
1-2 years of experience in warehouse and storage industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Valid Forklift driving license.
