- Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring all employee payments are correct and timely.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations to meet legal standards.
- Maintain precise records of employee information, including hours worked, deductions, and tax details.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll issues promptly and professionally.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports for management review.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to verify employee data and support budgeting needs.
- Stay informed about updates in payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Manage and distribute employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Assist with end-of-year payroll reporting and tax filings.
- Uphold strict confidentiality for all employee payroll information.
Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
