Principal Responsibilities:
Oversee piping operations in heavy industrial settings, such as shipyards, refineries, petrochemical complexes, and power plants, for a minimum of five years in a supervisory capacity.
Demonstrate proficiency in adhering to relevant safety protocols, meeting quality standards, and maintaining awareness of industry regulations.
Manage and coordinate diverse teams comprising multinational personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
Foster collaborative relationships with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, subcontractors, and employees from various cultural backgrounds.
Utilize extensive experience in supervising piping construction teams to ensure smooth project execution and achieving objectives.
Demonstrate written and spoken English proficiency for effective communication in job-related tasks; preference may be given to candidates with additional language skills as required by business needs.
Possess hands-on experience as a senior/general foreman in piping construction, showcasing practical knowledge and leadership abilities.
Exhibit strong leadership qualities, enabling effective management of multiple teams of pipe workers.
Contribute actively to identifying opportunities for process enhancement, drawing on international best practices, and promoting improvements in business processes, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years of formal supervisory experience in piping within heavy industrial environments, including shipyards, refineries, petrochemical complexes, and power plants.
Proficient in implementing and adhering to safety protocols, quality standards, and industry regulations relevant to the job role.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead multinational teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and productivity.
Skilled in interpersonal communication, facilitating effective interactions with project stakeholders such as team members, clients, subcontractors, and diverse employees.
Extensive experience in supervising piping construction teams to achieve optimal project execution.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication for job-related tasks, with preference given to candidates possessing additional language skills applicable to business needs.
Hands-on experience as a senior/general foreman in piping construction, showcasing practical knowledge and leadership capabilities.
Educational background in Diploma or Graduate Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Piping Engineering preferred.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as ISO 9001, Primavera, MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Additional certifications in CSWIP and ASNT Level II are preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
