Role Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to meet and exceed sales targets for both new and Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles (CPOV) while driving the adoption of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessories. Additionally, maintaining high Net Promoter Score (NPS) standards throughout the customer journey is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement:

Meet monthly sales targets for vehicle units by guiding customers through a structured “one offer” sales process.
Trade-In Targets:

Consistently achieve trade-in goals.
Finance and Insurance (F&I) Sales:

Meet monthly targets for F&I product sales.
Customer Engagement:

Encourage effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second-facing opportunities for enhanced customer interaction.
Lead Management:

Handle all leads efficiently, including telephone, web, and walk-in inquiries.
Customer Data Capture:

Accurately record customer information in the DMS system, including test drives, Emirates ID, email addresses, and other relevant details.
Training and Development:

Complete 100% of mandatory training as outlined by Al Futtaim and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements.
Market Awareness:

Stay informed about competitor activities and develop counterarguments to address customer concerns effectively.

Required Skills for Success:

  • Strong negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    About the Team:
    You will report directly to the Space Manager and collaborate closely with the Sales team, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
