We are in search of qualified Emirati individuals to fill the role of Program Manager. The ideal candidate will be tasked with spearheading the planning, coordination, and implementation of multiple projects. They should demonstrate robust administrative and project management skills, exhibit a proactive problem-solving approach, and be capable of working autonomously under pressure to meet strict deadlines. The Program Manager will also be responsible for fostering relationships with diverse external and internal stakeholders, such as the HC Centre of Excellence, OpCo Human Capital teams, and Government agencies.
Role Overview:
As the Emiratization Program Manager, you will lead and oversee all Emiratization initiatives, ensuring their smooth and timely execution. You will collaborate closely with the Emiratisation Lead to refine project strategies in line with our company’s vision and 2026 Emiratization targets. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including OpCo Human Capital teams and Government agencies, will be essential for project success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing any challenges. Efficient allocation of resources, including budget and personnel, will be crucial to support project execution. Regular reporting on project status and compliance with regulations will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Emiratization projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field (Master’s degree is advantageous).
Demonstrated expertise in program or project management, showcasing a history of effectively delivering intricate initiatives.
Proficiency in administrative and project management principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with General Human Resources and Emiratization policies and regulations is advantageous.
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and MS Project/Visio.
