The Programme Design Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing loyalty programme features aimed at retaining and engaging customers while driving revenue growth. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, data analytics and Majid Al Futtaim Business Units, to create effective loyalty strategies that align with the company’s goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Continuously A/B test program elements, including rewards, messaging, and user experience, to refine and optimize the program’s performance.
Support the creation of a comprehensive loyalty program framework that incorporates reward structures, tiers, benefits, and engagement tactics. Ensure that the program design aligns with the brand’s identity and customer expectations
Play an active role in identifying new growth opportunities within the program portfolio and plan, implement and follow up on the commercial plan that delivers a strong member offer
Measure, monitor and understand customer behavior’s to optimize usage of programme features. Drive enhancements or discontinue features to ensure optimal customer engagement.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to align loyalty program initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and strategies creating a single, cohesive marketing activation calendar.
Research loyalty landscape and provide innovative ideas for the future roadmap for customer engagement. Build out a full competitor analysis and benchmarking against direct competitors and best in class loyalty programs.

Own and drive the definition, scope and delivery of products aligned to programme strategies & Determine the types of rewards and incentives offered to members, such as discounts, exclusive access, points-based systems, or personalized offers.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree
Masters degree or MBA preferred
Highly strategic and commercially savvy individual who can provide leadership and support to the business
5+ years in programme management roles within loyalty or financial services
Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrable strong commercial modelling skills
