Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Overview: We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve facilitating cross-functional communication to ensure the timely completion of projects within scope and supporting various project management tasks to keep projects on track and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of communication between team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Created and managed detailed project schedules, adjusted timelines, and tracked progress to address risks and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist with preparing project documentation, including proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead regular project status meetings, resolving issues and ensuring transparency across the team.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, offering insights to optimize resource allocation and manage costs effectively.
  • Coordinate logistics for project-related meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Collaborate with project managers to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience managing projects within the technology, construction, or healthcare sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining project documentation and schedules.
