Job Overview:
We seek a dedicated and proactive Project Coordinator to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within scope. The successful candidate will track project progress, manage documentation, and support project managers to ensure effective resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create, update, and monitor detailed project schedules, adjusting timelines and plans as needed to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
  • I assist in developing and preparing project documentation, such as proposals, reports, and presentations, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead regular project status meetings, addressing challenges and providing solutions to maintain transparency and project alignment.
  • Monitor and report on project budgets and expenditures, providing insights to optimize resource use and control costs.
  • Coordinate logistics for project-related meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring that all materials and resources are prepared.
  • Support project managers in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic industry.
  • PMP certification or equivalent credentials are a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience managing projects within the technology, construction, or healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate project documentation and schedule management.
