Project Engineer Fire Rated Steel Doors job in Dubai – United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to establish project requirements and specifications for fire-rated steel doors.
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with fire-rated steel door codes and regulations.
• Prepared and submitted client project proposals, including detailed cost estimates and timelines.
• Oversee the installation of fire-rated steel doors, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to procure materials and components for fire-rated steel doors.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for project specifications, approvals, and inspections.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members and clients regarding designing and installing fire-rated steel doors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Experience with fire-rated steel doors and a solid understanding of relevant codes and regulations.
• Physical capability to perform site visits and inspections.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD and project management software.
