Job Description
Position: Project Coordinator for Fire Rated Steel Doors
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to define project requirements and specifications for fire-rated steel doors.
Compliance Review: Examine project drawings and specifications to ensure they meet fire safety codes and regulations.
Proposal Preparation: Develop and submit comprehensive project proposals to clients, including detailed cost estimates and timelines.
Installation Management: I oversee the installation process of fire-rated steel doors, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to procure necessary materials and components.
Documentation Maintenance: Keep accurate records of project specifications, approvals, and inspection reports.
Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and clients regarding designing and installing fire-rated steel doors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience: At least three years of project management experience, preferably within the construction industry.
Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with fire-rated steel doors and understanding of relevant codes and regulations.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform site visits and inspections as needed.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
