Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement work execution schedules for all assigned projects.
- Prepare daily work plans and allocate tasks to the team accordingly.
- Communicate site progress updates to clients in a timely manner.
- Supervise on-site teams, providing necessary technical guidance and support.
- Interpret and explain shop drawings to site technicians to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct weekly technical training sessions for site technicians to enhance their skills.
- Ensure tools and machinery are well-maintained; identify and request additional tools as needed.
- Perform site inspections as assigned by the site coordinator and submit detailed reports.
- Review and submit work completion reports upon project finalization.
- Monitor and respond to client emails, taking appropriate actions as required.
- Prepare and provide the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) to the material coordinator after receiving project approval.
Desired Candidate Profile: - Educational Qualification: Diploma or Technical Trade Certificate in Electrical or Electronics.
Experience: - Minimum of 2 years in Building Management Systems (BMS) or related fields.
- Practical knowledge of fire alarm and firefighting systems with sufficient field experience.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management capabilities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Proactive and resourceful in resolving on-site challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
