About the Role

Join one of Dubai’s most advanced outpatient care facilities at HealthHub Day Surgery Center and Specialty Clinic in Dubai Festival City Mall. Spanning over 40,000 sq ft. Across two floors, our center has a Day Surgery Unit, Endoscopy Suite, Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center, outpatient consultation and treatment rooms, a modern diagnostic imaging department (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray), and an onsite pharmacy.

We seek a psychologist passionate about making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives and improving mental health outcomes through high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychological assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse range of mental health conditions.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care for patients.
• Participate in developing patient-centric care pathways and contribute to continuous clinical improvement.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and promote mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in line with regulatory and ethical standards.

Candidate Requirements

• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from a recognized medical school.
• Completion of a specialist qualification in Psychology recognized by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD), or the UAE Ministry of Health.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in clinical psychology.
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
• Proven competence in handling diverse psychological conditions using contemporary therapeutic modalities.
