Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the processing of purchase orders for materials and supplies.
- Research, evaluate, and identify suitable vendors while negotiating favourable contracts.
- Ensure the timely delivery of materials and proactively address any issues or delays.
- Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
