Manage procurement orders, update records in the system, and ensure timely follow-up on payments. Coordinate courier shipments by conducting thorough comparisons. Fulfill other tasks delegated by the Head of Department. Oversee purchase and logistics operations, including maintaining supplier relationships, analyzing market trends for optimal pricing, and handling documentation. Proactively manage inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent shortages. Collaborate with various teams to streamline logistics processes and resolve supply chain issues promptly. Implement effective logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance with industry regulations. Regularly report on procurement and logistics activities to management.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field is required.
Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in a comparable position.
Fluency in English/Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Strong analytical prowess and adept problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding communication skills coupled with effective negotiation abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking within a dynamic setting.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Capacity to adjust to shifting priorities and excel under pressure.
