Job Title: Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator

  • Job Description:
    We are looking for a competent Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate the purchase and logistics process of our company.
  • The role entails updating POs in the system, verifying payments, arranging courier shipments by making comparisons, and performing other assigned tasks by the HOD.
  • Additionally, the Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, analyzing market trends and negotiating pricing with suppliers to optimize costs, monitoring inventory levels, and creating shipping documents, among others.
  • The role also requires the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, monitor industry compliance requirements, and provide regular reports on purchase and logistics activities to management.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:
    The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English/Hindi and additional languages is a plus.
  • The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, be proficient in MS Office, and possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
