Job Details:
The Principal Quality Operations Specialist (CQM) is directly responsible for product quality on the project and implements Project Quality Plan to achieve product quality and assists Project Quality Manager in Quality planning of the project both Onshore & Offshore. They will liaise with Operations Managers (Fab / Marine), Project Manager (Director), Operations Engineer, PMT, Discipline Manager, Project Engineers, Field Engineers, Certification Supervisor, Certifying Authority, Client and supervise Senior Quality Inspectors, Quality Inspectors, QC Discipline Leads (administratively).
Responsibilities:
Identify and deploy adequate and qualified QC Manpower and equipment. Assure proper utilization of resources to achieve target Quality and Productivity
Ensure implementation of the Project Quality Plan during Construction/Installation phase.
Subcontractor Fabrication – Participate in audit, approval / evaluation, TBE review, execution, attending PIM/KOM. Support Construction group to evaluate
Reviews contract scope of work, specification, Project Execution Plan, accepted clarifications/qualifications, Past projects Lessons Learned and identify unique requirements or special processes on the project which requires effective control.
Directs, supervises and participates in the Construction activities of the Project to assure product quality.
Initiate and issue procedures/Inspection and Test plans necessary to achieve the product quality.

Liaise with the QC/NDT// Coating/Welding/ Certification Personnel and Customer to ensure that issues related to Quality are addressed and technically
Analyze the quality non-compliance occurred and ensure implementation of corrective actions to avoid occurrence or recurrence throughout the project
Log Quality related lessons-learned’ throughout the Construction/Installation stages of the project.
Liaise with the TPI/Certifying Authority on Construction/Installation related documents to seek verification, assessment and appraisal.
Oversee the Project Certification as construction progresses and ensure approval of documents/packages and monitors progress of mechanical completion.
Monitor the performance of QC Technicians, QC Inspectors and QC Supervisors to ensure project quality performance throughout the Construction and Installation phase
Fit for Purpose evaluation for non-conforming items.
Interact/Coordinate with Procurement Quality, Engineering, Fabrication, Marine and QC Leads for any technical issues to the satisfaction of contract/customer
Conduct Readiness Review meetings with all QA/QC disciplines
Assist Manager Assurance for root cause analysis (RCA) of CONQ data.
Educations:
Engineering Degree / Diploma.
Mechanical or Structural or E&l or equivalent.
10+ years in Offshore & Marine Construction, QA Auditing
