Job Title: Refrigeration Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking a proficient Refrigeration Technician to be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems using ammonia and CO2. This role also includes identifying and troubleshooting refrigeration issues and providing effective solutions. Additionally, the Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of refrigeration systems.

• Desired Candidate Profile:
• The ideal candidate should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with ammonia and CO2 refrigeration systems.
• A physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces is also required.
• The candidate should have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of various refrigeration principles and technologies, and a familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for handling refrigerants.
• Effective communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with others are also required.
• The candidate should be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed, and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Certification in refrigeration technology is a plus.
