Position Summary:
The Technician role ensures buses’ operational efficiency and reliability through proficient execution of mechanical and electrical repairs, adept troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis. The primary objective is to promptly and efficiently resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tasks on buses.
Offer recommendations for resolving identified faults efficiently, focusing on achieving a successful resolution on the initial attempt.
Proactively identify potential root causes of problems during workshops or field assignments.
Employ appropriate tools and follow industry best practices outlined in service manuals to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
Read, understand, and apply instructions from workshop manuals, utilizing service checklists whenever possible and applicable.

Key Skills for Success:
Effective communication skills in English, with fluency in Arabic, are considered a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Proficient utilization of tools and adherence to best practices as delineated in service manuals.
Capability to comprehend and execute instructions from workshop manuals.
Outstanding attention to detail coupled with adept problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications for Success:
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in bus servicing.

Possession of a trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Demonstrated proficiency in autonomously servicing, repairing, and overhauling various bus components.
