Job Description
Conduct safety inspections and deliver safety training sessions.
Prepare and maintain reports, including near-miss incidents, accident investigations, HIRA, and aspect and impact assessments.
Enforce adherence to safety standards among all employees as per regulatory requirements.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of a safe working environment within the organization.
Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving NAFFCO Group’s environmental health and safety programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Participate in EHS site audits, inspections, and routine surveys, including developing audit documentation, tracking corrective actions, and monitoring trends resulting from audit activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
NEBOSH Certification.
At least 2 years of experience as a safety inspector in a relevant industry.
Comprehensive understanding of relevant safety regulations and standards.
Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Competence in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively.
Physical fitness and the ability to work in diverse environments.
