We’re seeking a professional to serve as the crucial liaison between branch roles and external service providers, including workshops, drivers, and regulatory agencies. Your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries to customers consistently. This entails maintaining accurate transaction records for purchases and invoicing conducted at the branch.
Responsibilities:
Organize daily vehicle deliveries, overseeing the process from workshop servicing to final preparation for error-free delivery, including accessory fittings as per customer specifications.
Manage comprehensive documentation for vehicle registration, insurance, number plates, invoices, sales letters, and gate passes to facilitate a seamless sales process.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure demo cars are cleaned, fueled, and thoroughly inspected for test drives each day.
Conduct daily physical and system inventory checks, informing Branch Sales Managers and Sales Executives about stock availability.
Supervise the display of vehicles to maintain compliance with required standards at the location.

About the Team:
You’ll report to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the Sales team as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable role
Proficiency in SAP
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
Efficient coordination of day-to-day retail operations
