The Sales Manager will spearhead our strategic sales initiatives in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network among top brokerage agencies and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), alongside a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate landscape. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional negotiation skills and a proven history of driving significant sales growth.

  • Lead Sales Initiatives: Drive and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the competitive Dubai real estate market, adapting strategies in response to market trends.
  • Network Development: Leverage existing relationships with leading brokerage agencies and agents while actively expanding a robust professional network.
  • Sales Generation: Achieve both direct and indirect sales goals, prioritizing client satisfaction to foster repeat business.
  • Market Insights: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market to inform sales strategies and enhance client interactions.
  • Sales Process Oversight: Manage the sales process from pre-launch activities to negotiations, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • CRM Utilization: Use the CRM system to monitor sales activities, manage leads, and generate comprehensive sales performance reports.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Exhibit strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in substantial sales generation, adopting a proactive business approach.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales with a prominent developer in Dubai.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated history of selling a diverse range of real estate properties, from mid-market to ultra-luxury segments.
  • Network: Established relationships with brokerage agencies and agents in Dubai.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close high-value deals effectively.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market; secondary sales experience is a plus.
  • Education: University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Luxury Market Insight: Familiarity with the luxury market and a solid grasp of UHNWIs’ preferences and expectations.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of sales success, supported by relevant documentation.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
