- Understand the search conversion success rate across markets, verticals and in-app search functionalities in order to evaluate, develop, and execute search strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams on areas of opportunity to ensure that all touch points are explored in order to increase conversions.
- Ensure continuous periodic assessment of enhancements to ensure conversion growth is met and stabilized.
- Monitor new and existing search trends based on seasonality to enhance both always on and campaign driven activities!
- Identify new opportunities to enhance the search algorithm.
- To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order to provide feedback on how to improve the service.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience preparing presentations and progress reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Keen eye for detail and willingness to take initiative.
- Bachelors in business, Marketing, Management or related fields preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience in brand management, activations and partnerships
- Experience working with consumer goods, media and advertising agencies is a plus.
