Job Title: Senior Analyst – Regional Controlling

Role Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst—regional Controlling—to join our Al Futtaim Real Estate team. This key role will oversee the organization’s financial operations and controls, ensure accurate financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting activities, implement financial controls, and assist with the external audit process for holding companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Consolidation:

  • Assist in accurately and timely preparing financial reports for the Real Estate division.
  • I support creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for holding companies. I collaborate with business units to gather budget inputs and assumptions.
  • Contribute to maintaining robust financial controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Work alongside external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Track and manage audit findings, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Process Optimization & Automation:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize financial reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to introduce and manage process automation solutions.
  • Maintain user guides and documentation related to financial reporting and budgeting processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Regional Financial Controller with various tasks as assigned.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial accounting, general ledger management, and audit management.
  • Accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CA) are highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in the Real Estate sector is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, CA, etc.).
