If yes, this opportunity will appeal to you. The Delivery Experience team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to drive DEX related initiatives within the MENA region. This role will be a combination of program ownership and business strategy ownership to ensure customers in the region have the best delivery experience when they order from Amazon. In this regard, the role is a blend of the following dimensions: program management, program value assurance, business strategy, operational excellence, and entrepreneurship. The right candidate will be able to assess what is most important for customers and our business and lead change by partnering across vertical functions and leaders. The program owner will dive deep into customer insights and anecdotes, initiative programs to improve our delivery experience and manage execution in a timely manner. Successful candidates will have a history of driving deep into customer insights from complex data and customer anecdotes, financial acumen to quickly assess the viability of key decisions, and the ability to write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon. The ability to influence cross functionally and across the organization, at all levels, will be absolutely critical to success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
