As Al Futtaim Automotive accelerates its expansion into new markets, brands, and services through joint ventures, acquisitions, and strategic investments, the Head of Growth Realization will play a key role in ensuring these initiatives effectively contribute to creating a global mobility conglomerate. This role is critical in identifying and capitalizing on high-growth areas within the future mobility ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Execution: Led a team of transformation managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives, such as launching new businesses, brands, and market entries.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate strategic investments into actionable objectives, key results, projects, and processes, ensuring consistent alignment with the Group’s strategic goals and the objectives of existing business units.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of growth initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and addressing risks or issues with appropriate corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: To ensure alignment and collaboration, cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Engagement & Skills Development: Lead stakeholder engagement efforts and embed the necessary skills, tools, and frameworks to achieve growth ambitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A Master’s level qualification, preferably an MBA.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in strategy and program delivery, with a proven track record across diverse business environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leadership roles, with the ability to influence and create buy-in at the C-suite level.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking ability and drive alignment within complex organizational structures.
- Program Management: Extensive experience managing large-scale programs, ensuring efficient delivery and performance.
About the Strategy and Transformation Office
You will be a key Strategy and Transformation Office member within Al Futtaim Automotive, working closely with the General Manager of Strategy and Transformation—Automotive. This team is dedicated to driving strategic growth and transformation initiatives across the organization and ensuring they align with the Group’s and its existing business units’ overarching goals.
