Job Role:
This position exists to develop, maintain, enforce IT policies and processes, ensure security controls are adequate and manage security incidents / threats efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope.
Job Responsibility:
Process Assessments:
Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
Defines application problem by conferring with clients, evaluating procedures and processes.
Risk Identifications:
Participate in the creation of process, procedures, workflows, manuals, policy for functions.
Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
Process Enhancements:
Develop and document end to end process of all functions within scope.
Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
Best practices:
Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels.
Identify issues and risks of functions process and procedures.
Process Activations:
Evaluate and prioritize systems requirements as well as respective activation cycle.
Ensure effective and efficient system activations across all functions within scope.
Customer Relations:
Achieve customer satisfaction through providing the optimum services with low cost and high quality.
Gap Analysis:
Define and eliminate process gaps through process engineering methodologies.
Systematically review and continuously improve applied systems to cope with internal and external fluctuations.
