Job Summary: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to streamline and enhance sales processes, ensuring efficient collaboration between sales teams and management. This role will provide strategic insights, optimise sales efforts, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical and organizational skills with a proven track record in sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales activities and processes, ensuring seamless alignment between sales teams and management for improved efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to offer actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a primary point of contact for resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, optimizing outreach efforts to drive business growth.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by accurately tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions to achieve sales targets.
  • Planned and organized sales meetings, events, and other activities, ensuring smooth logistical execution for maximum impact.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment to enhance overall performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, offering insights to the sales team on potential business opportunities or threats.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate sales documentation and databases that comply with company policies and procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

  • An advantage is a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, such as an MBA.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
  • Certifications in sales management or CRM software are preferred.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert sales metrics into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset for engaging diverse client bases.
