This involves evaluating tender documents, crafting submissions, and adhering to deadlines meticulously. Your role will also entail collaborating with internal departments to gather necessary data and documents. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for researching potential tender opportunities and staying informed about industry developments. Building and managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers will ensure a seamless tender process. Furthermore, you’ll be tasked with presenting tender proposals to clients, emphasizing their key attributes. Upholding compliance with tender requirements and regulations will be central to your responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in fields like business administration or project management. Your expertise in tender processes and regulations should be profound. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial, alongside a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
