- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm, Central Battery, VE, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Conduct testing and commissioning (T&C) programming for Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP), VE systems, and emergency lighting.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, reports, and progress updates.
- Manage resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Organize and lead regular site meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide guidance to the project team.
- Identify potential risks and issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
- Hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within the construction sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in the UAE.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in construction-related software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
