- Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure a thorough understanding of the project scope and adherence to requirements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from engineering drawings to support timely material procurement.
- Supervise and monitor site staff to maximize efficiency and maintain steady work progress.
- Planned, executed, monitored, and evaluated site activities, ensuring progress inspections and approvals are carried out on time and by technical standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores to monitor material requirements, ensuring uninterrupted supply and compliance with technical specifications.
- Facilitate smooth site operations through effective communication and coordination between project management and site supervisory staff.
- Strictly adhere to QA/QC and safety procedures to ensure the highest standards are upheld throughout the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector (MEP).
- Strong leadership qualities, hardworking attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
