Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
Prepare menu items/substitute items.
Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
Maintain food logs.
Good knowledge of Allergens in different types of food.
Prepare a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish (for example, salmon, tuna, unagi).
Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working with high volume production.
Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
Adapt in a multicultural environment.
English (Full professional proficiency).
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of related culinary experience.
