Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Systems & Analytics Supervisor. In this dynamic position, you will provide front-line support for Aftersales Business users utilizing SAP and other applications. Your responsibilities will include addressing issues, implementing system enhancements, maintaining master data and pricing, and analyzing aftersales performance for both service and parts. You will also identify market trends and opportunities in B2C and B2B sectors to support strategic decision-making and maximize revenue.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for Aftersales Applications across the entire retail network.
  • Perform regular maintenance on specific work packages within the SAP system related to Aftersales.
  • Assist with special marketing campaigns and accessory-related initiatives in the Aftersales system.
  • Maintain master data and pricing details associated with service operations.
  • Support the rollout of new projects and system enhancements by conducting acceptance tests and delivering end-user training.
  • Collaborate with the EIT team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist the Planning Manager with forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI trends, providing insights to the Planning Manager to develop strategies for addressing negative trends or achieving desired outcomes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to identify business opportunities in both retail and fleet operations.
  • Support the operations of business systems, including calculations for incentives and rebate formulations.
  • Required Skills for Success
  • Extensive experience with SAP IS Auto and various business applications.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong background in data analytics.
    About the Team
    In this role, you will report to the Aftersales Planning Manager. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced automotive aftersales environment, interacting directly with both internal and external customers.
  • Qualifications That Equip You for the Role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or Business Administration.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar position within a large organization.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
  • Extensive experience in analytical tasks and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong supervisory abilities.
