Technical Documentation Specialist / Graphics Designer in Dubai Job in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing all technical documentation for our vehicle projects. This includes:

Developing comprehensive operation and maintenance manuals: You’ll translate complex technical information into clear and concise instructions for our customers.
Centralizing technical resources: You’ll be the go-to person for all project-related documentation, including spare parts lists, drawings, and catalogues.
Staying ahead of schedule: You’ll manage your time effectively to ensure timely delivery of catalogues before vehicle dispatch.
Collaborating with engineers: You’ll work closely with design and electrical engineers to understand project specifics and ensure accurate documentation.
Hands-on learning: You’ll be involved in product testing to gain a deep understanding of vehicle operations.
Quality assurance: You’ll draft operation manuals for review by the QC department before vehicle testing, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Project completion: You’ll ensure all manuals, catalogues, and photos are compiled and delivered to the QC department at project end.
Visual communication: You’ll take photos of vehicles and parts for use in the manuals.
Design expertise: You’ll design decals for control panels and assist with their production.
Delivering the final product: You’ll prepare the final operation manuals (both physical and digital copies) for QC department approval.
Technical writing skills: You’ll be responsible for the clear and concise writing of all operational procedures.
Software proficiency: You’ll utilize design software like Photoshop and Illustrator to create manuals and decals.

Educational Background:

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in technical writing or documentation management
